I am an accomplished healthcare professional with over 40 years as an RN. I am  an accomplished Nurse Educator, Nurse Manager, Director of Nursing, and have worked in various healthcare roles.

 “Hope4yourhealth” is dear to my heart. Teaching others is one of my passions in the art of being a “Servant Leader”. My Professional Motto is… Each One Teach One, Each One Reach One. The race is not won by being the swiftest or the strongest, but the One Who Endures to the End. 

My organization is dedicated to the Memory of my Mother, Joyce Phinazee, who is the reason I am a Nurse and Who I Am Today.
